What is the delivery schedule of Samara products?
Our delivery schedules are as follows:
Inhouse products- 24 to 48 hrs (in business days only) and Outsourced products- upto 30 days.
Where can I buy Samara products?
We deliver goods from our online store. You can always shop online.
What are the rules regarding Home Delivery?
a. We provide home delivery every business day within Bangladesh.
b. Home delivery will be completed within 24 to 48 hrs (in business days only) depends on the destination point.
How can I purchase Samara products that are distributed outside the Bangladesh?
At present, Goods are delivered inside Bangladesh only.
Do you offer a mail order catalog?
We do not provide mail order catalog, but you can find the complete collection of current products on our website (shop.samara.com.bd).
How can I reload a Samara Gift Card?
We do not have any Gift Card System yet.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. We will send you an email (with Order Number and details) after placing an order. If you can not receive our email, please contact our Consumer Service Team immediately.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently we accept Cash on delivery (COD), NAGAD, BKASH and ROCKET payments for online orders. For any payment, use our Merchant Number published on Samara website (01886136585).
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change the order at any time before you submit it. However, once your order is placed, you can only delete any item by contacting the Consumer Service Team (01957575206). If you want to add or change any item, you are advised to put a new order through our website.
Do I get charged for shipping against each item I have ordered?
Shipping charge depends on the product size, weight and destination point. For Inhouse items, one order requires one shipping charge only.
What is your return policy?
You can return the items for any manufacturing fault or faulty during delivery.
My products have arrived damaged, what do I do?
We advise you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement followed by a call to our Consumer Service Team. However, replacement time may require upto 15 working days subject to product availability.
How do I change my account information?
To update your name, contact details or password, log in to account and select the My Account link and then enter your new details except your email address.
How can I retrieve my password?
If you have forgotten your password, just go to the Login page and click Forgot Your Password. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to open the account. We will send you an email with a password.
